Kenyan Eliud Kipchoge won the men’s London Marathon,one of the six World Marathon Majors. On the other hand, Tigist Tufa became the first Ethiopian woman in 14 years to win the women’s race. The London Marathon has been an annual affair since 29 March 1981.
